{"id":2155,"date":"2019-02-24T14:03:21","date_gmt":"2019-02-24T13:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.profesionalhosting.com\/blog\/?p=2155"},"modified":"2023-04-25T13:35:22","modified_gmt":"2023-04-25T11:35:22","slug":"plesk-wordpress-fallo-en-wordpress-toolkit-website-under-maintenance-el-sitio-web-se-encuentra-en-mantenimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.profesionalhosting.com\/blog\/noticias\/plesk-wordpress-fallo-en-wordpress-toolkit-website-under-maintenance-el-sitio-web-se-encuentra-en-mantenimiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Plesk WordPress fallo en WordPress Toolkit: Website under maintenance, El sitio web se encuentra en mantenimiento."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde hace dos d\u00edas estamos encontrando multitud de casos en el que los clientes que tienen un vps y WordPress alojados en el mismo, al acceder a sus WordPress se encuentran la siguiente p\u00e1gina que aparece en la imagen de arriba.<\/p>\n<p>Sin respuesta oficial por parte de Plesk por ser fin de semana, por lo que hemos investigado se debe a un fallo en el update de la actualizaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de la extensi\u00f3n de WordPress ToolKit creemos que se ha quedado a medias pasando de la Versi\u00f3n: 3.6.1-1601 a la Versi\u00f3n: 3.6.1-1603, este error activa el plugin de modo mantenimiento en todos los sitios de WordPress(una de las opciones de WordPress toolkit) sin que el usuario la haya activado.<\/p>\n<p>Para volver a poner el WordPress a funcionar con car\u00e1cter urgente hay que seguir la siguiente gu\u00eda:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.profesionalhosting.com\/soporte-en-linea\/wordpress\/el-sitio-web-se-encuentra-en-mantenimiento-wordpress-fallo.html\">https:\/\/www.profesionalhosting.com\/soporte-en-linea\/wordpress\/el-sitio-web-se-encuentra-en-mantenimiento-wordpress-fallo.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Si tienes muchos dominios puedes solicitar a soporte que borre el fichero que produce el error en todos tus WordPress de forma masiva.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante hay que hacer m\u00e1s acciones ya que el problema procede del cron:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\/usr\/local\/psa\/admin\/bin\/php -dauto_prepend_file=sdk.php &#8216;\/usr\/local\/psa\/admin\/plib\/modules\/wp-toolkit\/scripts\/instances-auto-update.php&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta programado a las 00 de todo los d\u00edas, al ejecutarse si la extensi\u00f3n de WordPress toolkit tiene el problema volver\u00e1 a crear los ficheros .maintenance<\/p>\n<p>Para reparar este problema hemos verificarlo que hay que actualizar la base de plesk(solo la base) y verificar que dicha extensi\u00f3n no tiene problemas. Estamos estudiando la posibilidad de hacerlo de manera masiva si el numero de casos de este problema es alto. Mientras tanto si tienes este problema escribe a soporte un ticket y nos encargamos de purgar el fichero y actualizar tu plesk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde hace dos
