Aqu\u00ed te muestro unas de las maneras m\u00e1s usuales<\/strong> mediante las cuales tu servidor te podr\u00e1 brindar una informaci\u00f3n sobre el siguiente problema:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>HTTP 500 Error interno.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Error interno del servidor.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>500 Error interno del servidor.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>HTTP 500 &#8211; Error interno del servidor.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Error 500.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFComo_detectar_el_error_500\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo detectar el error 500?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para nadie es un secreto que el afamado error 500 <strong>es una manera que tienen los servidores web para poder decirte, \u201cque algo ha ido mal\u00bb<\/strong>. Esto quiere decir que hay un \u201cproblema por parte del servidor\u201d, que significa que hubo un inconveniente con tu servidor que alberga al sitio web.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es un aviso considerablemente gen\u00e9rico que se debe a los temas de configuraci\u00f3n del PHP, la sistematizaci\u00f3n o las autorizaciones del \u201cweb site\u201d. Este inconveniente ocurre muy a menudo en compa\u00f1\u00eda de una explicaci\u00f3n muy confusa casi igual a esta: \u201cEste servidor ha encontrado un error que no se esperaba y no puede terminar la petici\u00f3n del cliente\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quiero aclararte que es de mucha importancia que no lo confundas con el afamado <strong>\u201cHTTP 404- P\u00e1gina no encontrada\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, <strong>no puedes olvidar que este error se produce en todos los navegadores<\/strong> y sistemas operativos, as\u00ed te pases al nuevo Mac Pro que es de Apple, ser\u00e1 imposible que no te topes con \u00e9l en cualquier momento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No olvides que <strong>este error se puede producir en cualquier momento. Hay servidores que, debido a su configuraci\u00f3n, tienden a esconder los mensajes de error m\u00e1s claros. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S<strong>i tienes este problema en tu tienda<\/strong> y los mensajes de error son muy concisos, debes de a<strong>ctivar en tu \u201cPrestashop page\u201d los informes de error del FTP<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cuando tengas activos los informes de error originarios del FTP, vas a poder navegar por el \u201cfront office\u201d o el \u201cback office\u201d<\/strong> de tu tienda, as\u00ed <strong>podr\u00e1s reproducir el inconveniente.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te doy un ejemplo, <strong>si te es imposible entrar a tu sitio web porque un error 500 activa el informa de errores y renueva la p\u00e1gina que fall\u00f3<\/strong>, vas a encontrar una informaci\u00f3n extra que <strong>te servir\u00e1 de mucho para estudiar m\u00e1s sobre de d\u00f3nde y el porqu\u00e9 se ocasion\u00f3.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien, ahora que tienes m\u00e1s datos, ya puedes utilizar unos de los varios consejos est\u00e1ndares que en seguida te dar\u00e9 para que puedas seguir investigando. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Empieza repasando sobre las causas m\u00e1s frecuentes del problema<\/strong>, es decir, el \u00bfpor qu\u00e9? Puede ser muy f\u00e1cil de reparar como cambiar el permiso de alg\u00fan archivo o una carpeta de 777 a 755, sin embargo, puede ser al contrario. Por la norma general, los permisos 777 son extraordinariamente perplejos, es decir, son tan inseguros que hasta un \u201chacker\u201d principiante puede acceder a tus archivos e implantar un c\u00f3digo sagaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te recomiendo comprobar bien las caracter\u00edsticas definidas de los permisos con tu proveedor de alojamiento web, ya que hay unos cuantos servidores que usan diferentes normas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Configuracion_no_correcta_de_%E2%80%9Chtaccess%E2%80%9D\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Configuraci\u00f3n no correcta de \u201chtaccess\u201d:<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frecuentemente, cuando ocurren problemas internos del servidor es porque el archivo \u201chtaccess\u201d est\u00e1 mal configurado. En lo que se refiere a Prestashop, los culpables tienden ser las opciones de \u201cURL Rewrite\u201d y el activar de \u201cFriendly URL\u201d (URL amigables). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La coordinaci\u00f3n de \u201chtaccess\u201d es tan dura que hasta un car\u00e1cter o alg\u00fan comando errado pueden ocasionar un error interno 500 del servidor, mi consejo es que realices una copia de seguridad de tu archivo \u201chtaccess\u201d y luego de eso restituyas con el back office o desactivando las \u201cFriendly URL\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cuando_se_agota_el_tiempo_de_espera\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se agota el tiempo de espera:<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debes saber que cada uno de los servidores tiene su propio tiempo de espera, este determina qu\u00e9 tiempo se puede establecer un script. Si esa funci\u00f3n o el script pasan el l\u00edmite, vas a recibir un error 500, \u00bfYa ves? Ahora entiendes porqu\u00e9 ocurre el famoso error.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed te muestro los scripts de Prestashop, estos pueden tardar mucho en cargar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copias de seguridad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importaciones CSV.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importaciones y exportaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regeneraci\u00f3n de vistas en miniatura.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carga de traducciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mayor\u00eda de las veces, el servidor tiene un l\u00edmite de 30 segundos, esa cantidad resulta muy insuficiente para estos scripts, en este caso, tienes que contactar con tu proveedor de alojamiento y solicitarles un cambio en ese par\u00e1metro, as\u00ed sea temporal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si es as\u00ed, debes echarle un vistazo a los registros de error de Apache y PHP, los cuales te los puede proporcionar tu propio proveedor de alojamiento, pero a veces hay que contactar directamente para que te den acceso a los archivos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\f<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
