Our virtual servers have the following levels of support where it includes the following:

  • Level 1. Basically includes everything related to the maintenance of the server except requests for support that require access to it.
    • Reboot the remote server.
    • Operating system reinstallation.
    • Assistance with network problems.
    • Help with use guides.
  • Level 2. This level is intended for situations where the client is not able or does not have the knowledge to perform some task by shell on his server, such as installing applications, solving load problems or others. The cost of the service is € 40 + VAT per hour in which the technician intervenes on your server.
